Meal Planners
Meal planners are some of the most popular digital products to sell on Etsy. Why? Because people want an easy way to plan their meals, especially if they have a family or are trying to lose weight.
The best part? It’s easy to create meal planner templates. You can use Canva or even Google Docs to create your product.
You can even include bonuses like grocery lists or kitchen inventory templates to add even more value. Bundles like these can even sell for a little bit more.
Many Etsy sellers have been really successful with selling meal planner templates:
- CreativeJamCo: This meal plan printable bundle includes a weekly planner with a shopping list, kitchen inventory template and a grocery list printable. Over 550 customers have reviewed this product, so this means that the shop has made at least $1,227.6 from this digital product alone.
- SimplyOrganizedPro: This bundle includes a meal planner with an automated grocery list builder, which is impressive. It uses Google Sheets to build shopping lists and includes lots of extras. So far, this product has had 580 reviews, so at the base price of $4.99, this seller has made at least $2,894.2 from this product.
Don’t let the low sale prices scare you off. Remember – once you create a digital product, you don’t have to create it again. Overhead is extremely low, so these products are essentially all profit.

People love digital planners because they’re so easy to use and you don’t have to carry around a clunky book. Many Etsy sellers are making a killing off of digital planner templates, stickers and other related digital products – especially for Goodnotes.

- AuraPlannersCo: This all-in-one planner has 850+ different planners, over 100 templates, multiple notebooks, tons of stickers and more. So far, this product has 222 reviews, so it’s made the shop at least $444.
There are many different types of digital planners out there. You can build your own from scratch, or you can create templates for popular planners that already exist.
Printable Wall Art
Printable wall art is a HUGE market on Etsy. Just search for this term, and you’ll get over 2.9 million results. And many of these shops have thousands of reviews.
These two sellers are doing very well with their wall art products:
- Birdyfindsforyou: This huge bundle of art includes 10K images for just $14.14. So far, this listing has received 283 reviews, so this means that this seller has made at least $4,001.62 from this bundle alone.
- NorthPrints: This listing is just for a single piece of art for $3.60. The seller has received over 31,189 for their entire shop, and they generally only sell single pieces of art for this price. We can estimate that this shop has made at least $100K from its digital download art.
What I love about selling printable wall art is that it’s really just hands-off and true passive income. You can, of course, create your own art or photos to sell.
But you can also source public domain art (i.e., copyright-free) that you can either edit and improve or repurpose to sell as a digital product.

Budget Planners
Like meal planners, budget planners are a hot commodity on Etsy. People who want to get organized and improve their financial situation love budget planners.
It’s one of the easiest digital products to sell on Etsy. You can even create bundles that add even more value, so you can sell your items at a higher price.
These two shops have been very successful with their budget planner products:
- TheWeeklyCrew: This seller created this budget planner in Google Sheets, and it also comes with a bonus template for goal tracking. So far, 1,075 users have reviewed this product, so this seller has made at least $3,386.25 from this listing alone.
- CoplentyOfficial: Here’s another budget planner bundle made in Google Sheets for easy calculations and tracking. This product has 1,004 reviews, so at a price of $4.15, this item has made this seller at least $4,166.6.

Social Media Templates
Social media templates are one of the digital products to sell on Etsy that are increasingly popular. If you look at the stats for social media, it makes sense: 62% of the world’s population uses social media.
And you can even be a faceless creator and still make a ton of money.
DigitalProductsHouse is one shop that sells a digital marketing bundle and also offers private label rights. This bundle sells for $50.10 and has 41 rave reviews, meaning she earned at least $2,000 from this single-item bundle.
Inside are templates for:
- IG Reel hooks and captions
- Digital product planners
- 60 quotes and carousels
- 30 Reels
- So much more
If you know a thing or two about social media, you can easily begin offering your own social media templates on Etsy.
What I will mention is that bundles sell for a lot more – but they take considerably more time to create.
Craft Files
Craft files are one of the easiest digital products to sell on Etsy, but some creators are upping the game with mega bundles that have 1k+ designs.
- CitraGraphics sells a mega bundle of 1k+ designs, and 36 people paid $3 in the last hour to buy it – that’s $108 in total. So far, 3,722 people have paid $11,166 for this bundle of SVGs for t-shirts and other items.
- HeatherRobertsArt has a beautiful shop with 73,455 reviews. Her one simple download has 3,058 reviews and sells for a mere $1. What is she selling? It’s a split monogram alphabet that people can use for their Cricut machines.
And many of these stores do sell commercial use licenses, which sell for much more. If you love making craft files, it’s a simple way for you to start making sales on Etsy.
Product Labels
Walk into any store and you can be confident that 90% of items will have a product label of some kind. Who makes these labels? You can. And you can sell the labels to business owners who will print them out for their products.
Of course, all you need to supply is an editable template.
Two sellers who are selling digital labels and must be making great money in the industry include:
- FrankandBunnylove is a shop that Michelle Dawson runs that has 7,018 reviews. This particular label, perfect for creams, jams and the like, is 4” x 2.” The shop provides this product in a PDF file. The wrap-around label sells for $4.25 and has 50+ reviews.

You can use a platform like Templett, which the last seller uses, to design and sell products.
Printable Thank You Cards
In the U.S. alone, there are 6.5 billion cards purchased annually. Worldwide? Much, much more. People love sending cards, and they’re also one of the items that you have to question why people aren’t printing their own.
If you have a printer, you can print a meaningful card in seconds.
But even more impressive, you can sell “thank you” card design files for less than a normal card and make some serious money in the process. If you want some inspiration, consider the two sellers below:
- Stickearte is selling a minimalistic card that is on sale for $3 but normally sells for $6. Six people have the item in their carts at the time of writing this, and the shop has 16,570 reviews in total!
- WillowLanePaperie is also dominating the “Thank You” card printable industry with her product, which is on sale for $2.75. Over 20 people have the card in their carts as we speak, and while this item has 46 reviews, the shop has 22,111 reviews in total.
